Fluorescein-diacetate (FDA) hydrolysis activity test

This e-course introduces the FDA hydrolysis activity test. FDA is used for determine total microbial activity. This is a good general measure of organic matter turnover in natural habitats.

The e-course was made by Attila Zách M.Sc. student within the  Soil Protection subject taught by Katalin Gruiz.
